You don’t need to know which treatment is right for you. You don’t need to have a treatment plan in mind. And you certainly don’t need to consider yourself a “model.”

• Allow before and after photographs

• Share a testimonial about their PURE360 experience

• Allow photographs and testimonials to be used for PURE360 educational and marketing purposes
